Our collaborative paper with Bryan Swingle has been accepted at Frontiers in Microbiology! Former postdocs Maёl Baudin and Karl Schreiber generated and characterized the P. syringae TnSeq library, which was sequenced by our collaborator Adam Deutschbauer. Bryan Swingle's lab collaborated with us to use the mutant library to identify new motility determinants. This work expands our understanding of genes regulating the motility of a plant pathogenic bacterium.
