Jana and Ilea's Jove video protocol of the tomato seedling flood assay is now published! The protocol provides detailed instructions on how to flood inoculate tomato seedlings to identify disease and resistance responses, as well as how to analyze the data. This high-throughput screening method allows for much more rapid analysis of phenotypes in tomato, with greater sample sizes and faster turnaround time.
